About ABU Nourishing

ABU Nourishing was founded in 2016 by Hajiya Abu Murna Usman, a dedicated entrepreneur committed to practical skills development, professional food services, youth empowerment and sustainable livelihoods.

Since its establishment, ABU Nourishing has successfully implemented and participated in several notable training and empowerment projects. These include programmes involving the Industrial Training Fund’s Skill-Up Artisans initiative (ITF SUPA), the National Directorate of Employment (NDE), Save the Children, the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), APBEF, the Innovation Development and Effectiveness in the Acquisition of Skills project (IDEAS), Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET), state government initiatives, and other institutional partners.

Through these projects, the organization has provided practical training, mentorship and empowerment opportunities that help individuals develop valuable skills, strengthen their confidence and prepare for employment, entrepreneurship and greater economic independence.

ABU Nourishing is an Industrial Training Fund-accredited training centre under Category B. The organization is also registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission and maintains the relevant statutory and operational documentation required to deliver professional training and business services.

Today, ABU Nourishing continues to combine catering, vocational education, mentorship and community empowerment to create meaningful opportunities for individuals and communities. Its work is guided by professionalism, practical impact and a firm commitment to helping people build better and more sustainable futures.
